A Ferragni, infatti, non viene contestata l’aggravante, e il reato dunque, viene rubricato a truffa semplice, procedibile solo a querela di parte. In realtà, la querela contro l’imprenditrice era stata sporta, ma è decaduta dopo il pagamento da parte dell’influencer di risarcimenti attraverso la sua azienda e anche a titolo personale. Per questo, i giudici non possono comminarle una pena.
